County Executive Bruce A. Blakeman and Police Commissioner Patrick J. Ryder will hold a solemn memorial ceremony for all deceased members of the Department and those officers who have made the Supreme Sacrifice.

Floral tributes will be placed at the memorial honoring all deceased members and will close with the reading of the names of the Forty (40) Nassau County Police Officers who have made the Supreme Sacrifice.

The Ceremonial Unit, Police Pipe Band, Buglers, Color Guard and Aviation Unit will participate along with other department members and dignitaries.
