The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Vulnerable Adult that occurred on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at 8:30 PM in Manhattan and was reported to Police on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 7:24 AM.
According to Detectives, Jeff Burns, 71, was last seen at the Plaza Hotel in Manhattan, where he was attending a dinner gala. He is described as a male, black, 5’8” tall, 140 pounds, brown eyes, and bald, with a grey beard. He was last seen wearing black jeans, a light colored, collared shirt, a black leather sport coat, and black flat cap. He left on foot and his possible destination is unknown. Jeff Burns resides in Inwood, and is cognitively impaired and requires treatment and evaluation.
