The Eighth Squad reports the arrest of a Levittown man at 10:21pm on Sunday July 3, 2022 in Levittown.

According to Detectives, Police received a call for shots fired into the air from the rear yard of 6 Clay Lane.  Upon arrival, Officers located homeowner Defendant Jingguo Wang, 44, and placed him into custody without incident.  The Defendant’s eight-year-old son was inside the home at the time of the crime.  Recovered from the scene were 9 shotgun shell casings, the shotgun and a long gun. No injuries were reported.

Defendant Jingguo Wang is charged with Reckless Endangerment 1^st Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4^th Degree.  He will be arraigned on Monday July 4, 2022 in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
