The Eighth Squad reports the details of an arrest at 8:00 pm on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 in Levittown.
According to detectives, three males were involved in an altercation at Azalea Park on the corner of Azalea Road and Hilltop Road. Upon arrival, police were informed that a juvenile male victim, 17, was struck several times in the abdomen, head and face, by a seventeen-year-old male subject. The second subject, Max Itchkow, 19, of 6 Lily Lane, Levittown, pointed a black colored imitation firearm at the juvenile victim, putting him in fear of his safety.
Subsequent to the investigation, officers located both subjects on the corner of Lily Lane and Clover Lane, placing them into custody without incident. A black colored BB gun was recovered.
The juvenile male victim refused medical treatment at the scene.
The Juvenile Defendant is charged with Assault 3rd Degree and was released on an Appearance Ticket, returnable on July 26, 2022 to Nassau County Family Court. Defendant Max Itchkow is charged with Menacing 2nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree. Itchkow was released on an Appearance Ticket, returnable on July 25, 2022 to First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
