The Second Squad report the arrest of a Hicksville woman for an incident that occurred on Monday, July 12, 2022 at 11:14 pm in Hicksville.

According to Detectives, Second Precinct Officers responded to a Broadway residence for a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival it was determined that a female subject, Jessica Ramirez, 29 was involved in a disturbance with her 36-year-old boyfriend and stabbed him multiple times in the back with a knife. Officers placed the defendant, Jessica Ramirez,  into police custody without incident. The victim was transported by a Nassau County Police Department Ambulance to a local hospital for treatment of his non-life-threatening injuries. The defendants seven-year-old child who was at the residence was released to a relative.

Defendant Ramirez has been  is charged with Assault 1^st Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4^th Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a child. She will be arraigned on Tuesday, July 12 in First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
