The Third Squad reports on the arrest of five individuals for the Criminal Possession of a Weapon that occurred on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 4:20 PM in Mineola.
According to Detectives, Police responded for a disturbance in which the victim, a 23-year-old male, stated that a weapon was pointed at him from another driver in a Silver Acura MDX on Jericho Turnpike near the intersection of Willis Avenue before fleeing the scene. After an investigation was conducted, the vehicle being operated by defendant Darryl Walker was found traveling southbound on Holly Avenue near the intersection of Front Street. The vehicle was stopped and four adults and a female juvenile, age 16, were placed under arrest without incident. The defendants are the following;
Darryl Walker, 27 of 32 E Smith Street, Amityville
Inaya Rabsatt, 22 of 724 Summer Avenue, Uniondale
Lamel Robinson, 29 of 9 S Prospect Street, Copiague
Alexis Clark, 25 of 137 Edison Avenue, Buffalo
Defendant Darryl Walker is charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd degree, Criminal Use of a Firearm 2nd degree, Criminal Possession of a Firearm and Menacing 2nd degree. Defendants Inaya Rabsatt, Lamel Robinson, Alexis Clark and the 16-year-old female juvenile are all charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree and Criminal Possession of a Firearm. All defendants will be arraigned on Friday, October 28, 2022, at First District Court, located at 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
