The Fifth Squad reports the arrest of a Queens Village man on Friday, November 11, 2022, at 11:35pm in Elmont.
According to Detectives, Officers on patrol conducted a Vehicle and Traffic Law stop at Hempstead Turnpike and Belmont Park Road when they observed a green colored Dodge Neon traveling westbound with a defective headlight and no registration plate attached to the vehicle. Subsequent to the investigation an illegal black colored Tauras Armas loaded firearm was recovered from inside the vehicle and recovered from the driver were two substances believed to be Methylenedioxymethamphetamine and Psilocybin mushrooms; arrested without incident was Emil Hill, 25, of 108-05 221st Street Queens Village.
Defendant Hill is charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Firearm, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree and multiple VTL violations. He will be arraigned on Saturday, November 12, 2022, in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
