The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Friday, November 18, 2022, between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. in Farmingdale and was reported a short time later.
According to Detectives, Jude Kessler, 13, was last seen on foot traveling westbound on Richard Street. He is described as a male Hispanic, 5’4”, 160 lbs., brown hair, and brown eyes with an unknown clothing description.
