The Homicide Squad is investigating a Fatal Aided that occurred on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at 12:55 pm in East Meadow.
According to detectives, A 29-year-old male inmate suffered a medical episode while at the Nassau County Correctional Facility located at 100 Carmen Avenue. He was transported in a Nassau County Police Ambulance to a local hospital where he was pronounced by a hospital physician. Investigation is ongoing.

The above-mentioned deceased has been identified as Nikita Pertsev, 29, of Brooklyn.
