The Missing Persons Squad is investigating a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at 6:20 pm and was reported by Mercy First Facility staff, located at 525 Convent Road in Syosset to police on Monday, April 18, 2022, at 6:00 pm.
According to Detectives, Marcayla Gardner, 13, was last seen by a staff member who had transported her to a facility in the Bronx for family visitation. She is described as a female, black, 5’1”, 127 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. Her clothing description is unknown, and her possible destination is Manhattan or the Bronx.
