The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile from that occurred at 8:00 am on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, in Hempstead.
According to Detectives, Franklin Sebastian Zuniga, 14, was last seen on Jackson Street in the vicinity of N. Franklin Street. He is described as a male Hispanic, 5’4” tall, approximately 114 lbs., brown eyes and black hair. Franklin was last seen wearing a black sweater, grey sweatpants and red/white sneakers. His destination is unknown.
