The Homicide Squad reports the details of a Fatal Vehicular Accident that occurred at 7:38pm on Sunday, March 5, 2023, in Hempstead.
According to Detectives, the male victim, 45, while operating a 2013 Honda motorcycle eastbound on Peninsula Boulevard was struck by 2014 Honda Accord operated by a female, 72, as she attempted a left turn onto Grove Street.  The male victim was transported to a local area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.   A brake safety check was performed on the Honda Accord at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.

The victim of the above listed incident has been identified as Jermaine Thomas, 45, of Hempstead.
