The Fifth Squad reports on the arrest of a male juvenile for an Assault that occurred on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 9:20 PM in Valley Stream.
According to Detectives, a 12-year-old male was engaged in a verbal argument with his 48- year-old mother at his residence. The argument escalated and the male subject did stab the victim twice in the chest with a kitchen knife. The victim suffered from a partially collapsed lung and was transported to a nearby hospital where she is currently in stable condition.
The defendant is charged with Assault 1st degree. He was arraigned on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at Family Court, 101 County Seat Dr, Mineola
