The Homicide Squad reports the details of a Fatal Aided that occurred on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 4:40 pm in Baldwin.
According to detectives, officers responded to a work site located at 2283 Grand Avenue for a 56-year-old male who was crushed between a tractor trailer and a lull forklift while he was unloading pallets of building material. The male victim was transported to a local area hospital where he was pronounced by a hospital physician.
The Homicide Squad continues to investigate this incident in conjunction with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
