The Homicide Squad reports the details of a homicide that occurred on Monday, October 6, 2025 at 5:06 pm in Inwood.
According to detectives, Fourth Precinct police responded to a Wahl Avenue residence for an aided case. Upon arrival, Fourth Precinct police observed a 52-year-old male unresponsive with visible blunt force trauma. After a thorough investigation, it was revealed that a violent domestic incident had occurred between two brothers at the residence. The male victim was pronounced deceased by a Nassau County Police Medic at the scene. Police placed defendant Anthony Iacomino, 46 of Inwood into police custody. Defendant Iacomino is being charged with Murder 2nd Degree. He was arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.
