The Major Case Squad reports the arrest of a North Massapequa man for a Robbery that occurred on Monday, October 6, 2025 at 2:18 pm in Bethpage.
According to Detectives, Defendant Philip V. Ferrito Jr, 44, of 26 Margaret Road entered TD Bank located at 145 Stewart Avenue and approached the teller and presented him with a note demanding US currency. The teller in fear for his life complied and the defendant fled scene.
After a thorough investigation, the defendant was located and placed under arrest without incident. Defendant Philip V. Ferrito Jr is charged with Robbery 3rd Degree. He was arraigned on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
