The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of a Farmingdale man on Friday, May 20, 2016 for multiple Burglaries in Nassau County.
According to detectives, the Burglary Pattern Team conducted an investigation into burglaries in North Massapequa and South Farmingdale which led to the arrest of Vincenzo F. Romeo, 24 of 76 W. Walnut Street.
On September 25, 2014 Romeo entered a home on N. Utica Avenue, N. Massapequa and removed assorted jewelry, electronic equipment and cash.
On March 30, 2016 he entered a Hitchcock Lane home in South Farmingdale through a rear window and removed cash, and personal papers.
On May 18, 2016 he entered two homes on N. Suffolk Avenue, in N. Massapequa and removed jewelry from both homes.
On May 20, 2016 at 8:25 p.m. detectives located Romeo on Yoakum Avenue, Farmingdale and placed him under arrest without incident.
Romeo is charged with (4) four counts of Burglary 2nd degree. He will be arraigned on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at First District Court in Hempstead.
