Third Squad detectives report the details of an arrest for aggravated harassment that occurred in Hempstead on Monday, 04/25/16 at 3:00 P.M.
According to detectives, Harold Guretzky, 70, of 608 Yale St., Oceanside, called the Town of Hempstead Supervisors office on the telephone and verbally threatened two employees with a cross bow. The defendant had an ongoing dispute with the town over having a small plane parked in his driveway.
Third Squad detectives arrested the defendant on Tuesday, 04/26/16. He is being charged with two counts of Aggravated Harassment 2nd Degree and will be arraigned on Wednesday, 04/27/16 in First District Court, Hempstead.
The Missing Persons Squad is investigating a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 11:00 in Hempstead at 11:00 am.
According to detectives, Shameq Sullins, 15, was last seen leaving his residence in Hempstead wearing a white t shirt and grey / black sweat pants. Shameq Sullins is described as being male, black, 5’7” tall, 150 Lbs., medium build, and brown eyes.
