The First Squad reports the details of a Burglary which occurred on Monday, November 21, 2016 at 12:25 a.m. in N. Bellmore.
According to detectives, a male victim, 29, was in his apartment located on Lincoln Street with a female victim, 22, and their two year old child when two male black suspects armed with handguns knocked on the door and forced their way in. The suspects demanded property from the victims while ransacking the apartment.
After a short time the suspects left the scene with no proceeds in an unknown direction. No injuries were reported. The first suspect is described as male black, 5’ 10” tall, heavyset wearing a red baseball hat, burgundy hooded shirt and black pants armed with a silver revolver. The second suspect is described as a male black with a thin build wearing a ski mask, black pants, white Jordan sneakers and a winter hat armed with a black handgun.
Detectives ask anyone with information about this crime to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
According to police, 911 received a call for an aided at the Econo Lodge, Hicksville. Detectives were then called to investigate a possible Homicide. No further details are available at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
