The Third Squad reports the arrest of a Queens woman for Assault that occurred in West bury on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at 1:00 am.
According to detectives, after having an earlier verbal dispute with her 21 year old boyfriend, the defendant Bianca Phillips, of 188 – 22 119th Road, St. Albans responded back to her boyfriend’s Marietta Drive residence so she could return his personal belongings. Another verbal argument ensued and escalated into Phillips using a knife and stabbed the male victim in his upper left arm causing a 4 inch laceration. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital in a Nassau County Police Ambulance and treated for his injury. Phillips then left in a red auto in an unknown direction.
A subsequent investigation led detectives to Bianca Phillips queens address and placed her into police custody without incident.
Bianca Phillips is charged with Assault 2nd Degree, and Possession of a Dangerous Weapon 4th Degree. She was arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Tuesday, May 9, 2017.
