The First Squad is investigating a Burglary that occurred in Baldwin on Friday, July, 14, 2017 at 3:00 am. According to detectives, a 68 year old female victim was
sleeping in her Brooklyn Avenue residence and was awoken by her 45 year old son that stated that an unknown male subject ( no further description ) entered into
his room using a red beamed flashlight and left. It was soon discovered that his I Pad and Nintendo GS game had been removed. It was also discovered in an
adjacent bedroom occupied by the victim’s 65 year old brother that two pairs of pants were also removed. The victim called 911 and had First Precinct police
respond. Police determined that the unknown subject did enter the residence through an unlocked kitchen window and exited out a basement door. The two pairs
of pants were later recovered in the front yard of adjacent residence. There were no injuries reported. The investigation is ongoing. Detectives request that anyone
