The Missing Persons Squad is investigating a missing vulnerable adult that occurred on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 12:00 pm in Freeport.
According to detectives, Phillip Saulters, 67, 6’0” tall, approx. 180 lbs., was last seen at his residence in Freeport, New York. He was last seen watering his lawn. He is possibly wearing a black short sleeve button down shirt, black slacks, black sandals, and a tan and blue hat. Phillip suffered a recent seizure and has bandages and scar on the right side of his face. His destination is unknown.
