The Missing Persons Squad isinvestigating a Missing Adult that occurred on Monday, September 18, 2017between 7:00 am and 7:30 pm in Plainview.

According to detectives,Nelson Joseph, 28, was last seen leaving his Summit Court home on foot to takea public bus to his place of work in Westbury.  Nelson is described as amale black, 5’11” tall, 160 lbs., brown eyes and a black/brown goatee.  Hewas last seen wearing black sneakers, red sweatpants and a red sweatshirt.Nelson suffers from a cognitive disorder and is in need of medication. 

Detectives request anyonewith information regarding the whereabouts of the above missing to contact theMissing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911.  All callers willremain anonymous.
