The Third Squad reports thearrest of three individuals at 10:25pm on Sunday, October 22, 2017 in Westbury.
According to Detectives,defendants Issac Brown and Isaiah Brown, both 16, of 25 High Street Manhassetdid enter the driveway of a private residence in Glen Head and entered anunlocked auto. The defendants removed US currency and a garage dooropener from the vehicle. At that time, they used the garage door openerto enter the garage, found a key to a second vehicle, a 2017 Jeep located onthe driveway, entered that vehicle and drove away. The defendants drove intoWestbury and picked up defendant Taylon Hill, 18, of 209 Hopper Street Apt. 1DNew Cassel. Defendant Hill used a forged credit card to purchase food andgas. An Officer on patrol recognized the car from a stolen auto reportand attempted to conduct a VTL stop; the defendants fled the scene, parked thecar on a private driveway and fled on foot. The Officers established aperimeter and with the assistance of Nassau County Aviation and the K9 Unit allthree defendants were placed into custody on Cedar Road and the vehicle wasrecovered on Hollow Court.
Defendant Taylon Hill ischarged with Possession of a Forged Device, Possession of a Forged Instrument,Criminal Possession of Stolen Property and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. Defendants Issac and Isaiah Brown are charged with Burglary, Grand Larceny andCriminal Possession of Stolen Property. Defendant Issac Brown is chargedwith three additional counts of Grand Larceny for crimes committed on October7, 9 and 13 2017. All three defendants will be arraigned on Monday,October 23, 2017 in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.

A subsequent investigation was conducted by detectives from Major Case Bureau,Burglary Pattern Team, Fraud and Forgery Unit, Auto Crimes, Third Squad andSecond Squad.
Accordingto detectives, defendants Issac Brown, Isaiah Brown and Taylon Hill areresponsible for an additional burglary, numerous grand larcenies of autos andlarcenies from autos throughout communities in Nassau County.

Defendant Issac Brown isadditionally charged with Burglary 2nd degree, six counts of GrandLarceny 2nd degree, five counts of Grand Larceny 3rd degree,Criminal Mischief 2nd degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property4th degree, Petit Larceny and Criminal Trespass.
Defendant Isaiah Brown isadditionally charged with Burglary 2nd degree, six counts of GrandLarceny 2nd degree, five counts of Grand Larceny 3rd degree,Criminal Mischief 2nd degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property4th degree, Petit Larceny and Criminal Trespass.
Defendant Taylon Hill isadditionally charged with Criminal Mischief 2nd degree and had anopen warrant for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th degree.
All three defendants will bearraigned on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 in First District Court, Hempstead.
