
The First Squad reports the arrest of a Roosevelt woman for Burglary that occurred on Thursday, November09, 2017 at 3:30 am in Baldwin.
According to detectives, a33 year old male victim was inside his Cramer Court home when he heard a noisecoming from his garage area. The victim went to inspect the area andobserved the attached garage door ajar and a person wearing all black standingin the hallway. The unknown subject then fled the home on foot. FirstPrecinct Officers arrived and observed a subject kneeling between two bushes onLinkwood Drive. An investigation was conducted and the subject failed toproduce identification and gave a false name. The true identity wasrevealed and defendant Lillian Jackson, 50, of 293 Washington Avenue was placedunder arrest. Proceeds from the home were two sets of car keys and anApple IPod which were recovered in the defendant’s jacket pocket.
Defendant Jackson is beingcharged Burglary 2nd Degree and False Personation. She will bearraigned on Friday, November 10, 2017 at First District Court, Hempstead.
