The Missing Person Squad isinvestigating a missing juvenile that occurred at 3:20am on Friday, June 16,2017 in Port Washington.

According to Detectives,Neil Elefantis, 17, was last seen at his residence in Port Washington.  Heis described as a male white, 6’2”, 240 lbs., blue eyes, short brown hair andhas a scar across his left eyebrow.  He is in need of his medication andhis possible destination is Valley Stream, New York. 

Detectives request anyonewith information regarding the above listed juvenile to contact Nassau CountyPolice Department Missing Person Squad at 516-573-7347.  All callers willremain anonymous.
