The Major Case Bureau is investigating a Robbery that occurred in Roosevelt on Tuesday, May 09, 2017 at 12:58 pm.
According to Robbery Squad detectives a male subject entered the Bethpage Federal Credit Union located at 405 Nassau Road and presented a note to a female teller demanding cash. The subject then fled on foot in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of US currency.
The subject is described as being male, black, 6’0” tall, stocky build, dark skin, 25 years of age, glasses, brown long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and a black knit hat.
There were no weapons displayed or injuries reported. There were 7 employees and 3 customers present in the bank at the time of the Robbery.

Gordon Delva, 28, of 1531 Darling Street, Baldwin, was arrested for the above crime. Defendant Delva is charged with Robbery 3rd Degree. He will be arraigned on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at First District Court, Hempstead.
