The Robbery Squad reports the arrest of a Brooklyn man for Grand Larceny that occurred on Saturday, April 27, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. in Valley Stream.
According to detectives, Guery Roy, 40, of 1071 New York Avenue, fraudulently returned merchandise to multiple Home Depot stores from April 17th until September 13th, 2017, totaling $17,118.00. The locations of the affected Home Depot stores are:
The defendant is charged with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree and Falsifying Business Records 1st Degree. He will be arraigned on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at First District Court in Hempstead.

Major Case Bureau detectives from the Robbery Squad report the arrest of Michel Duckens, 46, of 4701 Snyder Avenue, Apt. D1, Brooklyn in connection with the above incidents.
Duckens is charged with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd Degree and ten (10) counts of Falsifying Business Records 1st Degree. He was arraigned in First District Court, Hempstead on 6/8/2018.
