The Missing Person Squad is investigating a Missing Juvenile that occurred at 2:15 a.m. on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 in Syosset.

According to Detectives, Charisma Parker-Howard, 15, was last seen leaving the Mercy First Facility of 525 Covent Road on foot, in an unknown direction. She is described as a female black, 5’, 129lbs., brown eyes and black hair.

Detectives request anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the above listed missing juvenile to contact the Missing Person Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
