The Major Case Bureau is investigating a Robbery that occurred on Friday, December 21, 2018 at 8:35 a.m. in East Meadow.

According to Robbery Squad Detectives, an unknown male entered the TD Bank located at 2549 Hempstead Turnpike.  The subject approached the teller and passed a note demanding money.  The teller complied and the subject was handed an undetermined amount of US currency.  The subject exited the bank and fled on a bicycle.  The subject is described as a male black in his 30’s, 6’- 6’2” tall, average build with a beard and a mustache.  He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a red knit hat.

There were 4 employees inside the bank at the time of the robbery.  There were no reported injuries.
