The Special Victim’s Squad reports the arrest of a Philadelphia man for Endangering the Welfare of a Child that occurred on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 10:00 p.m. in Nassau County.
According to detectives, the defendant David Dargenio, 35, of 1630 Wolf Street was using the “House Party” video chat application when he entered an online chat room with four female juveniles located in Nassau County. During his interaction with the juveniles the defendant exposed his genitalia. On Thursday, January 3, 2019 after an extensive investigation and with the assistance of the Pennsylvania State Police the defendant was located and placed under arrest.
The defendant, David Dargenio is charged with four (4) counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and one (1) count of Obscenity 3rd Degree. He was arraigned on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at First District Court, 99 Main Street in Hempstead.
