


The Third Squad is investigating a Grand Larceny that occurred on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 2:30 P.M. in East Garden City.
According to detectives, a female victim, 27, was in the Capital Grill restaurant, located at 630 Old Country Road, East Garden City. She attempted to pay for her lunch and reached into her wallet to grab her credit card and realized two of them were missing. The victim later had noticed unauthorized charges were made on her missing credit cards totaling approximately $10,000.00 US currency.
The victim reported the incident to the Third Precinct police. An investigation was conducted and it was revealed that two suspects that took the credit cards at the Capital Grill restaurant were later attempting to use the credit cards at the Walgreens located at 15 Old Country Road, Westbury.
Suspect one is described as being male, black, medium build with a short black beard, black suit, blue shirt, black pants and a black beanie hat.
Suspect two is described as being female, black, medium build, long straight black hair, black jacket, black shirt, black pants and a brown pocketbook.
