

The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of two persons for Burglary and several Grand Larcenies that occurred on multiple dates throughout Long Island.
According to the Burglary Pattern Team detectives, the Defendants Jarry Gonzales-Ramos, 28, of 3005 95th St, East Elmhurst and Andres Quintero-Mendoza, 33, of 3005 95th Street, East Elmhurst followed each victim home after they had purchased expensive items from the Americana shopping center located at 2060 Northern Boulevard, Manhasset and did the following;
October 5, 2018 at 5:30 P.M. they entered the garage of a residence on Todd Drive E, Glen Head without authority to so do and removed two Louis Vuitton handbags valued at approximately $3,690.00 US Currency from a 2016 BMW.
November 13, 2018 at 5:05 P.M. they broke a window of a 2017 Chrysler parked in a parking lot on W Jericho Turnpike, Mineola; causing approximately $400.00 in damage and removed a Mac Book Air valued at $1,700.00.
December 2, 2018 at 3:45 P.M. they broke a window of a 2018 Tesla parked in the driveway of a residence located on Woodland Way, Manhasset; causing approximately $500.00 in damage and removed a Mac Book Air valued at $867.00.
January 31, 2019 at 1:23 P.M. they broke a window of a 2017 Acura in a parking lot located on Hillside Ave, Garden City Park; causing approximately $500.00 in damage and removed a Louis Vuitton handbag valued at $2,600.00.
On February 27, 2019 at 6:20 P.M. detectives from the Burglary Pattern Squad located the defendants in the vicinity of 3005 95th St, East Elmhurst and were both placed under arrest.
The Burglary Pattern Squad worked in conjunction with other NCPD Squads and members of the NYPD Queens Grand Larceny Task Force. Investigation information was cross referenced with the Suffolk County Police Department and multiple jurisdictions in New Jersey including Livingston Police Department, Rochelle Park Police Department and Cedar Grove Police Department.
The defendants Andres Quintero-Mendoza and Jarry Gonzales-Ramos are both charged with Burglary 2nd Degree, two counts of Grand Larceny 4th Degree, three counts of Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree and Petit Larceny. They will be arraigned on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at First District Court, Hempstead.
