
The Third Squad reports the arrest of a Brooklyn man for multiple Grand Larceny’s that occurred on Saturday, March 23, 2019, at 10:15 P.M. in Brooklyn.
According to detectives, between Wednesday, March 13, 2019 and Tuesday, March 19, 2019, the defendant Donald Gunter, 26, of 1719 Sterling Pl, Brooklyn entered into multiple unlocked vehicles located in the North New Hyde Park and Mineola areas and removed miscellaneous items left inside, which included debits cards, laptops and cash. An investigation was conducted with the assistance of the NYPD 105th Detectives Squad and on Saturday, March 23, 2019, Third Squad detectives located Donald Gunter at his residence in Brooklyn and placed him into police custody without incident. No injuries reported.
Defendant Donald Gunter is charged with three counts of Grand Larceny 4th Degree, four counts of Petit Larceny and one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree. He will be arraigned on Monday, March 25, 2019 in First District Court, Hempstead.
