Missing Persons Squad detectives are investigating a missing vulnerable adult that occurred on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 5:00 pm in Valley Stream.

 According to detectives, Frankin Diaz, 45, is a male black, 6’ tall, 230 pounds, bald, with black eyes and medium complexion.  Franklin’s clothing description and destination is unknown.  He may be operating a 2017 white Jeep Cherokee with NY registration HUZ4824.
