The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of two (2) Copiague men for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at 9:58 p.m. in Freeport.

According to detectives, an investigation was conducted in the vicinity of Guy Lombardo Avenue and Merrick Road.  Juan Ponce, 21, and Allan Alvarez, 28, both of 25 Prince Chico Street, were arrested without incident.

Defendants Ponce and Alvarez are charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5^th Degree. They will be arraigned on Monday, April 29, 2019 at First District Court, Hempstead.
