The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a missing adult that occurred on Sunday, June 16, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. in Freeport and reported to police at approximately 2:00 P.M.

According to detectives, Prouidencia Martinez, 76, was last seen leaving her residence in Freeport to travel on foot to a pizzeria located on Merrick Road, Oceanside; but never made it to her destination. She is described as a female hispanic, thin build, 5’6’’ tall and 135 pounds. She has brown eyes, red short hair and a light complexion. Was last seen wearing a multi-colored short sleeve top, blue shorts and white sneakers.
