The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of a Hicksville man on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 in Hicksville for multiple Burglaries in Nassau County.
According to detectives, the Burglary Pattern Team conducted an investigation which led to the arrest of Latise K. Eady, 23, of 45 Meeting Lane, Hicksville on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 4:15 p.m. during a vehicle and traffic stop in Hicksville. It was determined that Eady had entered Burger King, 2450 Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow on December 8, 2015 using a blow torch to gain access and attempted to remove the safe. In addition, on 4/20/2016 Eady entered the T-Mobile store located at 2575 Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow and removed unknown amount of proceeds and on a third occasion, January 12, 2016 he entered the T-Mobile located on 535 S. Broadway, Hicksville and removed cellphones. The Burglary Pattern Team executed a court ordered search of Eady’s residence which resulted in the recovery of proceeds from the burglaries. During the search it was determined that Jerman D. Ross, 42 of 66 Martin Luther King Drive, Hempstead was a Fugitive from Justice and placed under arrest.
Latise K. Eady is charged with Arson 3rd degree and (3) counts of Burglary 3rd degree. He was arraigned on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at First District Court in Hempstead.
Jermar D. Ross is being held as a Fugitive from Justice.
