Homicide Detectives areinvestigating a fatal boating accident that occurred on Sunday, July 14, 2019,at 10:30 am in the Middle Bay waterways, southeast of Parsonage Cove.

According to detectives, ajet ski collided with a 35 foot Fountain Motor Boat.  As a result of thiscollision, an 18 year old female was taken to a local hospital where she waspronounced deceased by a hospital physician.  The identity of the victimis being withheld at this time.  The investigation is ongoing.
