Missing Persons Squaddetectives are investigating a missing person from Manhasset that occurred onSunday, July 28, 2019 at 7:00 am.

According to detectives,Raymond Bell, 71, was last seen leaving his Manhasset home on foot. He is amale black, 6’0” tall, 130 pounds with brown eyes and black & gray hair.His clothing description and probable destination are unknown.
