Missing Persons Squad detectives are investigating a missing adult from Uniondale that occurred on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at 4:35 pm.

According to detectives, Magdaleno Perez, 75, a male Hispanic, who suffers from a cognitive disorder, was last seen leaving his Uniondale home driving a gray 2006 Nissan Altima, NY registration DWT1139 to an unknown destination. He is 5’8” tall, 170 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was wearing blue jeans, a black jacket and black sneakers.

Detectives request anyone with information regarding Magdaleno’s whereabouts to call Missing Persons Squad at (516) 573-7347 or 911.
