The Fifth Squad reports the Arrest of a Brooklyn man for Robbery that occurred on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 2:08 p.m. in Valley Stream.
According to detectives, police responded to a call for a Robbery that occurred at Hollister, located at the Green Acres Mall. Upon arrival, officers learned that defendant Jusham Graham, 31, of 428 Newport St., had removed merchandise from the shelves and attempted to leave the store without paying. When the defendant was confronted by Asset Protection Agents, he punched and bit them before fleeing on foot. Jusham Graham ran through the parking lot of BJ’s when he pushed an elderly female too the floor and got into her car. When the female screamed, he exited the car and continued to run. He was found a short time later by hiding in a bush in the vicinity of the mall. Officers placed the defendant under arrest without incident.

Jusham Graham is charged with Robbery 2nd degree, two (2) counts of Assault 3rd, Petit Larceny and Possession of Burglars Tools. He will be arraigned on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at First District Court, Hempstead.
