
Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of a Bronx man for a Robberyy that occurred on September 15, 2019 at 6:20 pm in Farmingdale.
According to Robbery Squad Detectives, a female victim, 20, was inside her residence with a friend, when 3 males forcibly entered her home demanding money. Once inside, the female victim was struck across the face with a handgun and forced to the floor. Both female victims were bound and the subjects fled with an undisclosed amount of US currency. The female victim, 20, suffered a severe facial laceration.
A thorough investigation was conducted and Jose Figueroa-Morales, 27, of 2186 Reeds Mill Lane, Bronx, was arrested in connection for the above crime.
Defendant Figueroa-Morales is charged with Robbery 1st Degree, Robbery 2nd Degree, Burglary 1st Degree and Criminal use of a Firearm 1st Degree. He will be arraigned on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at First District Court, Hempstead.
