The Third Squad reports the Arrest of a Roosevelt man for Criminal Trespass that occurred on Friday, October 25, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. in Garden City.
According to detectives, police responded to the Verizon store, located at 741 Zeckendorf Blvd. for a complaint of a male looking under bathroom stalls in the female restroom. The female victim gave a description of the offender to police. After an investigation, the defendant, Jamali Johnson, 32, of 136 Park Ave., was located at his residence and placed under arrest on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 12:10 p.m.
Jamali Johnson is charged with Criminal Trespass 3rd degree, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd degree and Public Lewdness. He will be arraigned on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at First District Court, Hempstead.
