The Fifth Precinct reports the arrest of a West Hempstead man at 12:54pm on Sunday, November 10, 2019 in West Hempstead.

According to Police, Officers responded to 200 Hempstead Turnpike for a male exposing and touching himself in front of store patrons.  Officers located Defendant Heriberto Colon, 38, of 554 Henry Street and placed him under arrest without incident.

Defendant Heriberto Colon is charged with Public Lewdness and was released on an appearance ticket returnable on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 to First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
