


First Squad Detectives are investigating a Reckless Endangerment incident that occurred on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at 2:42 a.m. in East Meadow.
According to Detectives, police responded to 2nd Street for the sound of shots being fired. During the investigation it was determined that three rounds had struck a home on 2nd Street while residents were inside. There were no injuries reported. The subject fled scene in an unknown direction. The investigation is ongoing.

First Squad detectives report the arrest of three individuals in connection with the above incident.
Anthony Moran, 20, of 318 Elmore Avenue, East Meadow
Matthew Moore, 22, of 9 Michaels Lane, Glen Head
Ahmad Nadeem, 22, of 2095 Prospect Avenue, East Meadow
Moran is charged with Attempted Assault 1st Degree, Reckless Endangerment 1st Degree, Conspiracy 3rd Degree, Criminal Use of a Firearm 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, two (2) counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, two (2) counts Unlawful Possession of a High Capacity Feeding Device and Criminal Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree. He was previously arraigned in First District Court, Hempstead on 8/18/2019.
Moore is charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree and Criminal Facilitation to Commit a Felony 4th Degree. He was previously arraigned in First District Court, Hempstead on 9/10/2019.
Nadeem is charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree and Criminal Facilitation to Commit a Felony 4th Degree. He will be arraigned in First District Court, Hempstead on 12/22/2019.
