The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Person that occurred on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in Oceanside and reported to police at 5:26 p.m.

According to detectives, Rita Latham, 38, was last seen leaving her Merrifield Ave. residence. She is described as a female white, 5’5” tall, 130 lbs. with brown hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket with black sweatpants and New Balance sneakers. Her possible destination is unknown.
