The Second Squad reports the Arrest of a Levittown man for a Robbery that occurred on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 3:03 AM in Levittown.
According to detectives, Second Precinct officers responded to a Robbery at the Exxon gas station located at 3285 Hempstead Turnpike. Upon arrival a male employee, 69, told police that a male subject had walked into the store, pulled out a knife and demanded money from the register. The victim complied and the subject fled on foot in an unknown direction. After a thorough investigation Bureau of Special Operations Officers were able to locate Nicolas Bocci, of 151 Barbara Lane, on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 9:30 PM in Levittown sitting in a parked vehicle on Barbara Lane and he was placed under arrest without incident.
Nicolas Bocci is charged with Robbery 1st Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana 2nd Degree. He will be arraigned on Sunday, January 12, 2020 at First District Court in Hempstead.
