




The Major Case Bureau is investigating an Assault possible Kidnapping that occurred on Monday, January 20, 2020 at 8:05 pm.
According to detectives, a 50-year-old male customer was at the McDonald’s restaurant located at 340 Peninsula Boulevard when he observed subject one described as being male, Hispanic, 5’10” tall, slight build, long black hair / male bun, dark hooded sweat shirt, gray sweat pants, white sneakers follow the victim out into the parking lot at which time subject 2 and subject 3 stopped the victim. All three subjects began to punch and kick the victim. The subjects then threw the victim to the ground and began stomping the victim’s head before throwing the victim into the trunk of a silver / gray 4 door sedan possibly a Nissan. The auto had an unknown rear license plate and a missing front plate. The customer then observed the auto drive away north on North Franklin Street with all 3 subjects and the victim inside the trunk.
Subjects two and three are described as being male, Hispanic and wearing dark clothing.
The victim is described as being male, light skinned black or Hispanic, 5’ 10’ tall, medium build, red / white flannel shirt, blue hooded sweat shirt, blue jeans, black sneakers.
