Second Squad detectives report the arrest of an Old Bethpage man for an incident that occurred on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at 12:20 pm in Old Bethpage.

According to detectives, Myron Mycio, 24, of 55 Barry Lane S. became involved in a domestic dispute with his parents, a 62 year old male and a 61 year old female. As a result of the disturbance, Mycio stabbed both of his parents with a knife.

Upon police arrival Mycio was located in the home and placed under arrest. Both victims were transported to an area hospital where they were treated for non-life threatening wounds.

Mycio is charged with two (2) counts of Assault 2^nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4^th Degree. He will be arraigned in First District Court, Hempstead on 1/27/2020.
